Build your prototype

Whether you are planning to write some code or configure an off the shelf platform or simply draw up some mockups of what the solution might be able to do, this is your time to get creative. Don’t forget to keep your customer in mind and, as much as possible, validate your solution with them to ensure it is actually addressing the needs you have identified. Hint: keep in mind what success of your solution looks like and how you might go about measuring that the solution actually provides a path to that future possible.
